Return Policy

Lavanika.com is committed to give you the best shopping experience. Therefore, we have a convenient return policy. We accept order cancellations / returns on delivered items under certain unavoidable conditions only. These are:

• There is a manufacturing defect (for details, please click here)
• The delivered quantity is not as per the ordered quantity
• The delivered product is not as per the specifications of the ordered products. Please note that slight color variations due different screen resolutions on various devices will not be counted as reason for returns

Please note:

• All Sale Items not returnable
• All fabric sample orders are not returnable.
• We do not accept returns for slight color variation, which is due to different screen resolutions on different devices

For the request to be considered:

• Please raise a "Return Request" with our customer care team within 24 hours of receiving the shipment.
• Guest customers need to raise a request at customercare@lavanika.com with the complete order details
• Registered users can log in to their account and fill and submit the return order form

Never send back an item without consulting with us. It's very important that you DO NOT send the item back to us until lavanika.com has verified the return and no credit or replacement or refund shall be given on such items.

In case we accept the return, then

• We will request the customer to ship back the item to us
• The item should be returned to us in its original condition with tags and packaging intact and must be received within 30 days of original ship date. The courier charges here would be borne by the customer
• Allow us 3 more days to get back to you on the return status 3 more days from what and for what
• Once it passes our quality check, we shall confirm you for the refund / exchange/ store credit.
• We will replace the piece and ship it to customer free of cost
• If replacement is no longer available then we will request you to choose some other alternative item from our website.
• No refund will be issued for ordered for which alternatives are available.

Never send back an item without verification and return approval mail from lavanika.com. It's very important that you DO NOT send the item back to us until you have verified with us and no credit or replacement or refund shall be given on such items.

Notwithstanding the above or any other provision, we are under no obligation to accept any returns or provide any replacements or exchange or store credit. We have sole discretion in deciding whether to accept the returns or not depending on the merit of the case.

Color & Description Disclaimer

For Colored fabrics, a customer must place an order keeping in mind this minor variation in color as seen on a computer screen against the actual color of the fabric received. Customers can always buy swatches for testing before placing actual order. We provide a standard 25 cm swatch at the mentioned price (RRP)

Lavanika.com does not provide any dyeing guarantee for RFD (Ready for Dyeing) fabrics. Since Dyeing is a third party process and can vary as per the dyeing service provider, Lavanika.com would not be liable for any damages or discoloration that might occur in the dyeing process. We recommend that the consumer should carry out test dyeing on small sample before dyeing the entire fabric

Please note no returns shall be accepted because of minor color and description discrepancy.

Embellishments or Sequences Missing

We assure you regarding the quality of our products. However, as regards to sequence and other beaded embroidery these have a tendency to come off. Many a times during transit, more than usual sequences and beads come off. But do not be tensed as if you look minutely to the attire worn by anyone at any party / occasion, you will definitely find some of the pieces are missing.
