Payment Policy

Payment for Online orders

You must pay for your Order at the time of placing your order. You can do so by credit card (Master Card/ VISA), debit card (Master Card/ VISA) or net banking. We use a secure system of online payment through our payment gateway partners CC Avenues.

Should we recall the fabric from you - you are obliged to send the cloth back to us at our registered address at your own expense. Failure to comply will result in legal action.

To ensure that shopping online is secure, your credit/debit card details will be encrypted to minimize the possibility of someone being able to read them as they are sent over the Internet.

Your credit card company may also do security checks to confirm it is you making the order. All order details and invoices will be sent to the credit card billing address and not the delivery address where the named recipient of the order differs.

Payment for Bulk Orders

In case of Bulk Orders, Payment can be made by cheque / demand draft /money or postal order / bank transfer in our banks.

Please make Cheques/Demand Draft payable to 'Lavanika' at New Delhi. Please also send us a covering letter with details of your order, cheque number, bank name, amount, cheque date, contact details and delivery address.

If payment is not made promptly and on time; Lavanika retains the right to stop the delivery of the product sold to you.  All fabrics remain the property of Lavanika until such time as it has been paid for and the monitory payment has been received by Lavanika.
